Developed the business and transition plans to form Canada’s first federal co-op bank. Supported negotiations with the federal Ministry of Finance and the banking regulator (OSFI) seeking the necessary privileges and permissions for the new category of federal bank.
Major Airline Group (Process Improvement & Project Management)
Development of the buyer side operational plan for the adoption of the Amadeus Altea reservations, ticketing and inventory control system. Provision of the operations process integration plan, including risk management strategy and transition quality assurance.
International Resort Development and Management company (Strategy & Project Management)
Development of the business and implementation plans, including sourcing and recommendations for selection of a lending partner for a private mortgage lending venture for the North American arm of a major resort property development, sales and management company.
New Veterinary Medical Hospital (Strategy & Project Management)
Delivery of strategic advice on the business plan, buildout process and post launch business stabilization and growth of a high performing advanced veterinary hospital, including the provision of secondary opinions on subsequent transitional refinancing as well as advising on a proposed acquisition to act as the primary licensee and medical advisors for a Canadian multi-national telco, veterinary telehealth provider.
